Compressed air is an important energy source in modern factories because it is flexible and safe but it is only fully efficient when clean. The validation of machine and plant components makes sense everywhere where particularly strict standards for product quality assurance apply.
The validated compressed air filters manufactured by Zander offer a range of microfilters and provide an individual solution to compressed air purification. Sizes of filter housings range from 1/4" to 300mm and provide a range of filtration levels from 0.01µ to 3µ and will operate at pressures from 0-350barg.
The 4- layer pleated filter element offers a range of advantages over conventional filters, such as a lower working pressure differential and a longer service life. The pleated filter element allows a higher dirt holding capacity with a comparable efficiency.
