The new CONCEPT WVModular dryers provide a reliable dew point down to -70ºC, with a standard dewpoint available at -25ºC and -40ºC. They are an example of modern engineering technology, giving the user a value for money installation.
Manufactured using state of the art technology and in accordance with industry best practices, WVM dryers offer enhanced reliability at the lowest running costs. The WVM dryers use vacuum technology with low regeneration temperatures and the economical ratio of desiccant. This results in optimum efficiency and stable long term dew point.
Savings of 25% are possible compared to conventional systems by using a two layer desiccant bed balanced between water resistance and high efficiency water retention for optimum dew point stability. It provides a low regeneration temperature for the desiccant bed compared to conventional systems. Optional alternative energies are available for regeneration, such as steam and hot water.
